The main ministries in charge of migration affairs in Sweden:
Ministry of Justice: Together with its subordinate authorities it is the main body dealing with migration affairs, including immigration (entry, residence); the asylum procedure and reception of asylum seekers; border management and irregular migration; integration; return and repatriation.
Ministry of Employment: has the main responsibility for integration policy (together with other Ministries).
Ministry of Foreign Affairs: visa and consular affairs; development and foreign policy aspects of migration.
